Just to share one of my healing experience as I guess most of you out there were rather sceptical and have little or no knowledge on what exactly goes on during an energy healing session.
I am using different types of crystals as my tool to generate different kinds of energy for individuals. Depending on the situation, I might place the crystals around the person, or on the person. Sometimes, I will 'poke' the crystals at some meridian points to unblock the energy. Crystals are great tools during healing as they are energise, banish or clear energies as long as you are using it correctly.
After the physical healing session with the crystals, I will then go through a series of visualisations and meditation with individuals to find out the root issue of their pain or sickness. Sometimes the visualisations are done to assist them in learning how to relax and let go of their mental burdens. At times, some clients heaved a sigh of relief during the healing, others began to pant heavily as thou trying to clear the blockage in their lungs. Some of them who are under extreme pressure might break down and sobbed as the healing goes on.
After the healing, most of my clients will be surprised at how 'light-heartedness' they become. Some felt rather relieved while others felt mentally tired, but happy. Overall, most of them felt good and relaxed; even for days and weeks after the healing.
Energy healing is not only for the sick, it's actually suitable for everyone who are stressed out by the daily responsibilities, drained out with emotional baggages or just feeling depressed over past issues.
