When the Wheel of Fortune card appears, things will change from the worse to better or from better to worse.  So judging from the 2nd card, it seems that the Wheel of Fortune seems to turn for the worse for you if you were to join the new company.  You definitely would not want to wake up from a nightmare as indicated in the card!

Question 2: The comparison between the current company and the new company

The reading shows that, for now, thou it seems rather stagnant in your current career, there will be recognise in time to come.  Whereas for the status in the new company, you will have a little bit of benefits over the whole situation but there seems to be a 'downgrade' in the position.  Weigh the pros and cons and ask yourself, which one will you benefit more.

Question 3: Ms VC current health status

For the first and second card, it seems that you have lost the interest in maintaining your health.  In both of the cards, the character has it's back facing me also indicates that you would not want to face reality and choose to ignore the obvious and wait.

The last card indicates that it's time to take charge of your health and make some firm decisions on how to improve your health.  Ignoring and waiting will do nothing to improve your health.

The choice is rather clear for your career; stay in your current job as it will eventually brings you recognition.  As for your health, it's time to make some decisions and improve it!
