Currently it seems that tolerance is the key issues in your job.  To be flexible and go with the flow of water seems to be the right approach in the current job.  The 2nd card, The Devils card denotes that, thou you feel 'tied' down by the job or job scope, the 'tied down' is rather loosen and it's all up to you to actually 'free' yourself.  In the near future or even now, it seems that the interest or the love for the job is getting lesser and lesser.

If you were to switch job now, the situation seems brighter than if you stayed on.  But you have to take note of the finance side of the new job, other than that, the 3 of Cups and Wheel of Fortune card symbolises celebration and good fortune coming your way if you were to switch job.

Thou it seems to be a better choice to let go of your current job, don't resign rashly!  Do your market survey and remember to take note of the finance stability of the new job before you actually commit to it.  If there are no better choice, you can still depend on your current job, but of course you will have to exercise more tolerance and patient in handling the job and people.
