Hang on there if you think this is just another typical meditation I am sharing. This Cell Rejuvenating exercise actually aids in looking more youthful and energizes your mind, body and soul! The best part of this meditation is that you can do it while lying down (before you sleep) or in a sitting position!
Our body is made up with millions and millions of cells. Imagine you have super bionic eyes and scan through your entire body. How does your cells look like? Dark? Burnt? Hollow? In a brilliant shine? Or super slimy green? Don’t worry if you cannot visualize well and cannot ‘see’ anything; it takes time for your brain to learn the art of visualizing.
Let me give some examples.
Some might ‘see’ the cells around the stomach area to be of slimy green or a dark shade of brown.
Some might ‘see’ the cells around the shoulder area to be dark colour and maybe ‘looked burnt’
Some might see the cells around the face to be ‘blocked’
Some might see the cells around their heart to be of golden colour and very ‘alive’
There is no right and wrong in what you see as all individuals are unique and their imprint of ‘cells’ are all different. So don’t be too bother if I have not listed out the type of cells which you have seen.
Visualize your whole body filled up with millions of cells. Different part of the body might have different types of cells. Scan through your whole body and identify which part of the body in which the cells are required to rejuvenate. This is best to be done just before you sleep when you are relaxed and comfortable with no disturbance (no tv, no phone calls, no crying babies, etc).
Are you ready for the 10 simple steps?
Step 1 – Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes
Step 2 – Take 3 deep breathes and visualize your whole body is make up entirely of cells
Step 2 – Take 3 deep breathes and visualize your whole body is make up entirely of cells
Step 3 – Starting from your feet, scan through your toes, feet, calves, thighs, inner thighs for dead cells
Step 4 – Rejuvenate the cells by telling your higher self to activate the ‘dead’ cells (Remember, just ask and you’ll be answered)
Step 5 – Slowly, the ‘dead’ cells will change colour and renew to energized cells (you can even see them bustling with life!)
Step 6 – Work your way slowly up to your stomach area, intestines, rectum, kidney, abdominal fats
Step 7 – Ask your higher self and renew the cells!
Step 8 – Again, go upwards to your lungs, heart, windpipe, throat, shoulder, back, etc
Step 9 – The last part will be your face, eye balls, ears, nose, mouth, gums, hair, etc
Step 10-When you are done with the last part of your head area, you should be feeling ultra relaxed and bustling with energy!
Don’t worry about not being able to fall asleep after this exercise as your cells will rejuvenate only when you are in a comfortable and relaxed state. You should be able to fall asleep almost without any difficulty after this exercise. Some actually fell asleep before finishing this exercise as they are feeling too relaxed!
The only difference you fell is in the morning when you wake up. It doesn’t guarantees you to jump out of bed immediately feeling very energized just after one exercise. Instead, you will be more alert and attention span on things will be longer when compare to other days. And of course, there is an inner happiness which you will feel for the entire day.
Try out this exercise for the weekends and I’ll will get back to you next week on how to beautify yourself with this exercise + how your health can be improved for cancer patients and people who have health issues.
Happy Rejuvenating!!!
Love
Lady Shaura
