Merry Meets Everyone!
Just a few more hours and it's a new beginning for each and everyone of us!
In order to de-clutter and have a burden free new year, spare a few minutes to do the below exercise which Lady Shaura is going to share with you.
Find a quiet time today, before 12 midnight with the below instruments.
A white candle (tea light is fine)
2 pieces of paper
A writing pen
A burn proof container
A lighter or matches
Close your eyes and sit in a comfortable position (be it on a chair or cross legged on the floor)
Concentrate on your breathing and try not to think of anything
Listen to your own breathing and count your breathing from one to ten
Open your eyes
Light the white candle
Write down all the negative points in which you would like to change about yourself on the piece of paper
Then, on the 2nd piece of paper, write down all the unhappy things which have happen in 2010 or earlier
You can be as precise as possible or just your rough thoughts on it
After you finish writing, read through the 1st piece of paper and recite the below
'May all the negative traits in myself be banish away as the Divine fire burn it all!'
Take the lighter and set the piece of paper on fire.
Watch the paper as it becomes ashes and feel all your negative emotions releasing into the universe
Do the same for the 2nd piece of paper.
Recite the below
'May all the negative happenings which happen in 2010 be banish as the Divine fire burns it all!'
All the negative happenings have vanish as the paper turns to ash and all is over.
Close your eyes
Concentrate on your breathing again for 10 counts
Give thanks to the Universe energy and say it aloud on what you would like your 2011 to be (all the positive things).
Open your eyes and smile.
What awaits you now is what you wish for.
Every unhappy things and the negative traits in yourself will be well taken care of by the Universe.
2011 will be GREAT!
Lady Shaura hereby wishes all readers a fulfilling 2011 and may the Divine be with you always!
Love
Lady Shaura
