A Brand New Start

16 February 2014 is a date to remember.  

Our humble meditation center was finally set up!  On this very day, we had our annual blessing event by Master Sung as well as the opening of the center.

With this center, we will be reaching out to more people via Meditation class, Mantra Reciting class, Energy Healing and Karma Divination.

I am sure many of you understand what is expected in a Meditation class (Saturday 3 pm) and Mantra Reciting class (Thursday 8 pm), but trust me, it will not be as monotonous as you think.

And if you are curious on what exactly is Energy Healing (Sunday 3pm) and Karma Divination (Wednesday 8 pm), I am not going to elaborate more.  Come down see and experience it for yourself!

There will not be any rates imposed for all the 4 classes, but voluntary donations are welcome. The donation will be solely use for maintaining the center, and don't worry, no gold taps will be installed :p

For those who always have thought that meditation is for people who are more spiritually inclined, or only for those who are very Zen, please drop by and experience it yourself.  Meditation is for everyone, young and old.  Have a feel of what meditation is about before you condemned it (it's not about sitting still and keeping quiet, it is much more interesting than that!)

And for Mantra Reciting class, we will be reciting Guru Rinpoche mantra.  Don't worry about going there, sitting down and chant, time's up and off you go.  There will be sharing session and explanation on the mantra and who is Guru Rinpoche, etc.  Great for people who would like to find out more on what is Mantra Reciting, what is the proper way to chant and the power or benefits of it.

And if you feel very blue after work on a Monday, you can drop by the center after your work and have some peaceful ME time.  There wouldn't be any classes on Monday, but it is opened to public, thus you can just sit there and relax, calming yourself down after a hectic Monday.  The center will be opened until 10 pm on Monday, so even after your over time, there should be ample time for you to have some ME time.

7 days a week, I am sure you would like to have some time on your own for self reflection or just to relax and peace out.
