Have it ever occurs to you that besides physical cleansing such as bathing, washing of cloths, bedsheets and stuffs like that, each and everyone of us needs cleansing on our own auras too. Everyday we met lots of people, be it friends, relatives or strangers, we will come into close contact with them (buses, MRT, shopping centrers, lifts, etc) and unknowingly our own auras will be smeared with a little bit of their energy.
In time to come, we feel tired easily, we are more prone to certain sickness, we become bad tempered, etc. All these might be affected by the 'little bits' of outside energy which we picked up everyday. There is no way we can avoid this situation unless you are permanently living in a vacuum space of your own.
Let me share with you a simple yet efficient method to cleanse your own energy aura.
1. Small pail (new and solely for your own useage)
2. Small face towel (new and solely for your own useage)
3. Sea Salt (note: not table salt)
Fill the small pail with lukewarm water.
Pour appropriate amount of the sea salt into the water and dissolve the sea salt.
Place the face towel into the pail and semi-dried the towel.
Place the semi dried towel on your head for 15 seconds before rinsing it in the pail of water.
Repeat for each and every part of your body (including your back, soles, neck, etc)
While the towel is placed on your body, visualise that the stale energy on your aura is being cleansed, leaving a clear and clean aura.
When the last part of your body is cleansed, pour the remaining water into the toilet bowl.
Clean the pail and towel which can be used the next time when you required.
The above method can be done once a week or as often as required.
