For the year 2010, it advisable that Ms FT to focus more on her career.  As some opportunities doesn't knock twice, it is highly recommanded that Ms FT to grab the golden opportunity to work overseas if being offered.  As for the fertility part, it seems that Ms FT will have to wait for a later period.
